Refund policy

All sales are final. Dahlia tubers will arrive pre-sprouted/ visible eye or it will be marked. Tubers naturally vary in size and shape—some may be larger or smaller, rounder or more slender. What’s essential is that each tuber is free from rot and includes a section of the crown with a viable eye.

• Inspection Period: You must check tubers immediately. Issues must be reported within 3 days/ 72 hours of delivery.
• Documentation: Clear photos of the affected tubers and packaging are required for a refund. 
  

Once your tuber is in your care, its health and survival becomes your responsibility. Therefore, any concerns or issues with your tuber must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. After this time period, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.
